Arrow Electronics has launched a Microsoft Azure-powered AI assistant designed to help channel partners manage their cloud business more efficiently.
Dubbed ArrowSphere Assistant, Arrow said the AI tool streamlines workflows to help partners make faster decisions, identify focus areas in their daily cloud interactions and offer better cloud service delivery.
The assistant also generates reports, offers recommendations, creates communications and delivers insights into new business opportunities.
ArrowSphere Assistant early access is available to ArrowSphere Cloud users by request.

Arrow said it worked with Microsoft to adapt ArrowSphere's underlying technology to address partners’ toughest business challenges.
The tool helps identify business opportunities by offering daily business updates and guidance on where to gain cloud efficiencies.
It combines with the ArrowSphere Cloud security dashboard to provide security intelligence and remediation recommendations.
ArrowSphere Assistant also helps with finance operations by consolidating consumption figures, breaking down billing statements and providing calculation explanations.
