Business software provider OneAdvanced has launched a risk management platform in Australia and New Zealand, featuring an integrated AI agent designed to guide users through risk assessment processes and standardise outputs across organisations.

The platform, which the company said is aimed at sectors including logistics, government, education, healthcare and finance, is built to replace spreadsheet-based risk management with centralised workflows.

Its core AI component, Risk Assist, is designed to help users without specialist risk expertise articulate and complete risk assessments in line with frameworks such as ISO 31000 or an organisation's own risk taxonomy.

Key capabilities include centralised risk registers consolidating strategic, operational, programme and project risks into a single system, visual reporting with Red-Amber-Green heatmaps and one-click board-ready reports, and AI-driven recommendations for controls and mitigation strategies.

The platform also tracks review dates and actions via automated email prompts.

OneAdvanced said Risk Assist runs on a self-hosted AI engine, meaning no customer data is used to train the underlying large language model. The company also recently achieved ISO 42001 certification, which it claimed as placing it among the first global SaaS providers to meet the international standard for responsible AI governance.

Adam Bowles, country director for Australia and New Zealand at OneAdvanced, said local organisations are seeking smarter ways to integrate compliance with day-to-day operations.

"As local organisations face mounting pressure to demonstrate compliance and operational resilience, managing risk can no longer be a manual, reactive exercise," Bowles said.

"Our new Risk Management Platform is designed to simplify this complexity and democratise risk ownership."
