Distributor Altech has added a facility to its online ordering system that allows resellers to track their orders at any time.
Dubbed Altech 24/7, the system updates itself every 10 minutes allowing users to check the status of their orders and enquiries, the distributor said.
All enquiries are sent directly to the reseller’s account manager, Altech said.
“In addition to ordering tracking Altech [has] included features where you can view the progress of warranty service items, orders, plus check the history of RA (return authority) and previous transactions,” the distributor said in a statement.
A search function can also be used to find previous orders.
