AAPT claimed it is making headway in the services market with its Business Solutions division picking up 26 new business and 75 renewed contracts wins in the last quarter.
The results, which exceed the telco’s mid-market and corporate sector targets for the quarter, also saw the company report $4.4 million in new sales revenue from the retail and manufacturing sectors.
The quarter also saw new business from HomeArt, Canterbury and the NSW Department of Education and Training and a number of voice service contract renewals for Bakers Delight, Kimberly Clark, TMP Worldwide Advertising and Communications and Sanitarium Health Foods.
AAPT Business Solutions GM Gregg Roy said the company had identified a gap in the medium enterprise and corporate markets.
“AAPT has invested in this sector by providing superior customer support and account management instead of consolidating resources,” he said in a statement.
“We also give customers visibility of their accounts with the use of online billing to show where their money is going.”
AAPT would look to maintaining momentum in the mid-market grow by increasing the range of its tailored offerings, Roy said.
