The event had 700 registered attendees and 47 vendor partners.
Ingram Micro's general manager, cloud and hybrid business applications, Amanda O'Brien, kicked off the Sydney roadshow, welcoming vendor and reseller partners.
Ingram Micro Australia's SVP and chief country executive Tim Ament opened the event.
He laid out the vision for Ingram's upcoming launch of its Xvantage platform in Australia in the fourth quarter of this year.
Ament talked up the way Xvantage will connect vendors and partners: “Being able to have APIs that go in and connect and do things like pull special pricing from Cisco, then be able to provide that special pricing to the partners."
He also spoke about Ingram's journey in bringing together its cloud and traditional businesses and the reorganisation of its vendor and sales teams.
Dell's senior director and general manager of channel sales ANZ, Shant Soghomonian, spoke about how technology has the ability to transform ideas into real impact.
This was a topic of discussion when Soghomonian spoke to CRN Australia earlier this year about Dell's partner program.
Microsoft’s partner management leader Brad Clarke said that “the next innovation of growth is AI and is our collective opportunity.”
"Initially, it's going to come to us with Copilot, which will be an offering that will complement Office 365 and security solutions customers are currently consuming," he said.
Ingram Micro's new director of consumer solutions, John Hollings, took the stage to introduce Blue Jeans' international head of channel and partnerships Gareth Jenkins.
Ingram Micro's director of advanced solutions group, specialty and commercial, Hope McGarry, also spoke.
Schneider Electric's general manager of channels, alliances and operations, Astrid Groves, spoke to partners about thriving through resilience.
The Dell Technologies exhibition stand, with interactive presentations. Dell's senior director and general manager of channel sales ANZ Shant Soghomonian spoke on stage.
Palo Alto Networks manager of commercial GTM and distribution ANZ, Kate Baston, spoke on stage about the company's new partnership with Ingram.
Ingram also showcased its gaming solutions.
Ingram Experience will travel next to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on July 5, 2023 , and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibiton Centre on July 17, 2023.
