Tech partners with interests, concerns and questions about automation and agentic AI broke bread with SuperOps at Alchemy Restaurant on the Brisbane River yesterday.

The lunch was a mini-snapshot of the mixed state of partners' automation and AI use, surfacing evidence of meaningful progress around service desk automation, billing, legal agreements and other aspects of operations, frustrations with technological debt, the strategic importance of staff training, MSPs' leaders role in harnessing AI, and ultimately, acknowledgement of the need for MSPs to evolve from keeping the lights on to delivering business value.
