Omdia analysts laid out a largely positive outlook at Canalys Forum APAC 2025 in Da Nang, Vietnam, this week.
Hundreds of IT channel firms from across the region, including a significant number of Australian partners, converged for the talk and networking-fest.
They heard about channel opportunities stemming from agentic AI, marketplaces, security regulations and APAC market needs, among other factors.
Also on the agenda were warnings about DRAM shortages, the Windows 11 upgrade saga, AI profit conumdrums, concerns about automation dumbing down MSP staff, and how AI is reshaping cost conversations.
