Heard about any cool developments lately?
I have been hearing the terms disruption and omni-channel increasingly over the past 18 months. For our customers this means looking to technology to stay ahead of the competition and offering customers a united experience at every step of a multi-channel, multi-location business – from e-commerce and order management to marketing, financials and support.
Can you tell us about a recent ERP or CRM deployment?
We have some awesome customer-facing brands like Australian success story Emma & Toms, which is growing at 30 percent year-on-year, with 50 delivery vans on the road and four warehouses across Australia to keep up with customer demand.
