He will lead the company's expansion into the regions' software as a service (SaaS) market.
Wong said the A/NZ markets will continue to embrace NetReturn's solutions.
"The reality is that the NetSuite application is highly flexible to enable it to be efficiently tailored to a company's changing business needs," he said.
"NetReturn has a very good understanding of its customers, their industry and how to leverage the NetSuite application to improve business efficiency.

Wong has more than 20 years experience working with software and services providers including Unisys, Oracle and Solution 6.
He also co-founded ICE Interactive Ltd, one of Australia's first interactive TV application developers.
At ICE, Wong securing significant funding and built the company's operating business from a complete startup.
He joined NetReturn in July 2004, responsible for all services delivery functions including presales, professional services, training and customer support.
As one of the largest distributors globally of the NetSuite application, NetReturn works with customers across major industry verticals such as technology development, wholesale & distribution, professional services and light manufacturing.
NetReturn also recently welcomed three new managers:
Gary Katzeff, replaces Wong's previous role as head of Professional Services. Katzeff joins NetReturn after having recently completed a role as CEO of Entellect Solutions Ltd, an ASX-listed SaaS provider of a hosted student management solution.
Roshantha Pillay will oversee marketing and communications for the next year, while Rebecca Knight is away on maternity leave. Pillay has spent 15 years in the IT and telecommunications sectors.
Ed Hyder has been appointed finance manager responsible for finance and compliance. Hyder has five years experience in financial and management accounting, focus on the information technology and services industries.
