Subscription biiling software vendor Zuora has hired Lane Russell as its senior customer success manager, Asia Pacific.
“He will play a strategic role in assisting our customers to drive momentum in the subscription economy as well as to prioritise and build experiences that are compelling to nurture lasting relationships,” said Greg Culllen, vice president of sales, Australia and New Zealand.
Russell brings 20 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing. He has worked in numerous management positions with a range of companies such as Lovatts Media Group, Darrell Lea, Crossmark and Australian Pharmaceutical Industries.
He will join the Sydney office of the US-headquartered company.
