ZettaServe acquires managed print provider

Perth-based managed services provider ZettaServe has acquired managed print provider Convergent Resources for an undisclosed sum.

ZettaServe said the deal completed its ability to provide end-to-end managed services of desktop management, application packaging, virtualisation and standardisation of the operating environment.

Its vendor partners include Google and Riverbed, while Convergent's vendor partners include HP, Oki and Lexmark.

ZettaServe managing director Nathan Harman said Convergent's "print solutions and digital environment provide an ideal synergy with ZettaServe’s support and management of critical ICT infrastructure".

The combined companies will operate nationally and in New Zealand with over 100 staff, 50 of which have joined from Convergent.

Convergent's managing director Rachel Brown, who has served Convergent clients for the majority of the company’s 20-year life, also joined ZettaServe.
