Wiise, a cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for SMBs, has formed a partnership with SignUp Software, a provider of financial process automation solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

With 20 years of global experience and operations in over 65 countries, SignUp Software’s AP automation solution, ExFlow, delivers end-to-end automation across invoice processes, supporting over 2,000 customers across various sectors, including financial services, healthcare and not-for-profits.

Now fully integrated into Wiise’s ERP platform for SMBs, ExFlow aims to enable growing businesses to accelerate invoice approvals, improve cash flow visibility and reduce errors - all within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The partnership also aims to support scalability for growing businesses without adding complexity.

Wiise CEO Charlie Wood said as businesses grow, their financial complexities increase, and traditional AP processes can quickly become a bottleneck.

"Our partnership with SignUp Software will embed ExFlow’s best-in-class solution seamlessly into the Wiise platform, enabling more finance teams to automate and optimise their payable processes while ensuring compliance and enhancing collaboration across departments," he said.

"It’s a natural extension of our mission to equip growing businesses with the necessary tools they need to operate efficiently, make faster decisions and gain deeper financial insight.”

SignUp Software MD David Williams said partnering with Wiise is an exciting step forward for SignUp Software as it continues to grow and strengthen its footprint in the ANZ market.

"Wiise has a proven track record of delivering innovative ERP solutions tailored to the needs of growing businesses, making them an ideal partner to bring ExFlow to a broader customer base," he said.

"Together, we look forward to helping organisations streamline financial processes, close their AP fast and accurately, reduce fraud and unlock the full potential of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.”

Last year, Wiise joined forces with Datacom New Zealand to offer solutions to small and medium sized business across the Tasman.
