Wasabi has unveiled its 2025 Partner Network Awards winners, honouring partners that have distinguished themselves with best-in-class solutions and standout execution.
Among the Asia Pacific winners, the Wasabi MVP was given to David Cochrane of Perfekt.
This award honours a single team member within a partner organisation who has gone above and beyond in championing Wasabi, creating innovative solutions, and ensuring customer success.
The AI Innovation Award for Asia Pacific went to NTT Docomo Business. This award honours a partner that is harnessing the power of AI with Wasabi to drive innovation, accelerate outcomes, and set a new standard for data intelligence in the cloud.
Dell took out the Asia Pacific Alliance Partner of the Year, which recognises Alliance partners that have gone above and beyond in partnering with Wasabi throughout the year, based on incremental growth and overall partnership.
Think Solutions was named the Reseller of the Year for Asia Pacific, recognising the top Wasabi reseller for delivering the most customer value and impact to customers’ businesses. This award recognises overall Wasabi FY’25 revenue, net-new account wins, and services capabilities.
The Systems Integrator of the Year for Asia Pacific went to Kanematsu Electronics; the award recognises a partner that has demonstrated exceptional expertise in designing, building, and deploying integrated solutions powered by Wasabi.
Crayon won the Asia Pacific Distributor of the Year award, recognising year-over-year growth and overall partnership from a Wasabi distributor.
Thomas Peer Solutions was awarded as the Managed Service Provider of the Year for Asia Pacific, recognising "great achievement" by an MSP with large year-over-year revenue growth, diverse service capabilities, and overall partnership with Wasabi.
The Growth Partner of the Year for Asia Pacific was given to CloudWave, recognising the ability to generate significant year-over-year growth in revenue.
IVAN Information Technology Company won Rookie of the Year in Asia Pacific, recognising a partner who achieved "tremendous growth" in their first year of being a Wasabi partner.
The Cloud Visionary Award for Asia Pacific was given to Panasonic Information Systems, recognising extraordinary partner achievement by delivering unique solutions that include Wasabi storage.
Jonathan Howes, SVP of global sales at Wasabi, said in 2025, the company's partners continued to prove what this ecosystem is built for: turning cloud storage into real customer outcomes.
"The Wasabi Partner Network spans value-added distributors, managed service providers, resellers, systems integrators, and technology alliance partners, and this year that global reach showed up as stronger solutions, broader adoption, and meaningful growth across every region," he said.
What’s new for partners in 2026
This year, we are thrilled to introduce specialization tracks for our partners. Specializations are designed to help our partners deepen their expertise in specific Wasabi products and use cases. They serve as “add-ons” to our existing sales and tech certification program, becoming available once a partner completes the corresponding certification.
Partners who complete a Specialization Learning Track and pass the quiz will earn a Wasabi Specialist Badge to showcase their expertise. The Data Migration Sales Specialization, Video Surveillance Sales Specialization, and Cyber Resilience Sales Specialization are available now,
