Platinum Technology has attained the Microsoft Solutions Partner – Support Services designation, confirming its capability to support organisations using Microsoft cloud technologies.

Platinum Technology claimed that it is among the early Australian partners to attain this new Microsoft Solutions Partner designation, which is part of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and recognises partners that meet Microsoft’s requirements for support performance, customer satisfaction and technical capability.

For Platinum Technology, the achievement builds on the company's existing three Microsoft Solutions Partner designations across Cloud & AI Platform: Azure Infrastructure, AI Business Solutions: Modern Work and Security.

Steve Raw, co-founder and director of Platinum Technology, said Support Services matters because it recognises how partners deliver for customers.

“For our technical teams, it validates the high-quality standards we work to every day – from complex operational platform support through to practical guidance that helps clients manage and optimise their Microsoft environments," he said.

Platinum Technology works with organisations across Australia to design, implement, manage and optimise Microsoft solutions spanning Azure infrastructure, modern work, security and AI-enabled business transformation.

The company was highly commended in the Security Partner of the Year in the 2026 techpartner.news Impact Awards and placed #26 in the 2025 techpartner.news Fast50 rankings.
