Wasabi Technologies has launched a new program that allows partners to create their own branded offering by integrating the vendor's cloud storage solutions with their own.
Wasabi’s White Label OEM Program enables partners to create and price their own offerings for backup, disaster recovery, physical security video surveillance storage and media archiving.
The company said the program allows partners to differentiate their offer while also simplifying the customer buying experience, allowing them to control their storage costs and easily expand storage as needed in the cloud.
Program partners include Arcserve, Identiv and Zenlayer who now offer Wasabi cloud storage solutions for their end users as part of the company's partner ecosystem of over 14,000 partners and resellers.
“Our singular focus on cloud storage and partner-first go to market strategy has made Wasabi the most predictable and flexible cloud storage for OEM solutions,” said Mark Vella, VP of global business development at Wasabi.
“When partners integrate with Wasabi, they can drive more revenue, maximise margins and deliver best-in-class solutions to customers that create real long-term value.”
As part of the program, partners can utilise tools that help them manage accounts and brand their solutions.
This includes the REST-based API that provides provisioning and usage monitoring, Wasabi Account Control Manager to handle account management, billing and reporting, and a Custom Cloud Console for partners to add their logo and branded graphic.
“Wasabi enables us to offer our customers video surveillance storage directly in the cloud with a ground-breaking storage solution at an affordable price," said Rick Urban, senior product manager of video systems at Identiv.
"As the volume of data continues to grow through security and identification technology, it’s critical for us to be able to offer the most economic and reliable storage to our end users so they can focus on their business priorities and harnessing the power of data.”
“Now our customers have cloud storage that can keep pace with their growing data without breaking the bank.”
