Voice Interface Design today announced that it has developed new software specifically designed to integrate Vocollect Voice with Australian and New Zealand supply chain businesses.
The VoiceID Connector software aims to make warehouse voice deployments as straightforward and as fast as possible. It does this through being able to rapidly tailor Vocollect Voice Solutions to one or multiple enterprise software platforms, including ERP or WMS with a strong emphasis on ease of use and integration.
“Having seen constraints with traditional methods of integrating voice solutions, we have developed our own VoiceID software to roll out Vocollect Voice Solutions in the warehouse,” said Nishan Wijemanne, managing director, Voice Interface Design.
“VoiceID Connector comes with the advantage of not needing any programming skills, which means it is easy to integrate and implement."
The development is a result of Voice Interface Design's relationship with Vocollect by Honeywell - the company is a Total Solutions Provider Partner (TSP) of Vocollect by Honeywell, capable of integrating the entire range of Vocollect Voice Solutions.
The partnership combines Vocollect’s voice capabilities with Voice Interface Design’s new VoiceID Connector software, which has drawn from more than 25 years of knowledge and experience in supply chain operations.
