US digital technology services company UST has announced the acquisition of Sydney-based strategy consultancy Strativity for an undisclosed sum.
Strativity offers services covering customer experience strategy, design, innovation, change management and operating models.
The acquisition will combine Stativity’s customer-centric advisory credentials and UST’s domain, process and technical expertise at a global scale, UST said.
Strativity's team will lead UST's customer experience strategy and design offering in Australia and New Zealand, bringing their expertise in strategy development, customer experience and organisational change management.

The acquisition comes after UST acquired Melbourne-headquartered business process automation firm Leonardo in February 2024.
