UST acquires Melbourne automation consultancy Leonardo

US digital technology services company UST has announced the acquisition of Melbourne-headquartered IT consultancy Leonardo for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1999, Leonardo offers business process improvement, automation, integration and API, and platform engineering services.

The firm is a Red Hat, Software AG, Automation Anywhere, Workato and UiPath partner and boasts locations in Brisbane, Sydney and Perth, in addition to its Melbourne headquarters.

UST said Leonardo’s over 70 staff will join the company "to strengthen their combined capability of delivering comprehensive digital solutions at scale throughout the ANZ region."

Headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, UST entered the Australian market eight years ago.

UST offers digital transformation solutions focused on customer experience and operating model design, product engineering, process transformation, generative AI and data services, SaaS, cloud, intelligent automation, and cybersecurity.
