The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) has issued an RFI seeking market intelligence about viable long-term enterprise system and operating models across finance, human capital management (HCM) and student information systems (SIS), as well as enabling capabilities.
The university said the information will support its digital roadmap and options assessment, intended to inform direction before UniSQ commits to a solution model, delivery pathway, procurement packaging or supplier arrangement.
The RFI’s objectives, UniSQ said, include helping it understand how available and emerging solutions support relevant business capabilities, as well as an exploration of realistic delivery, transition and implementation approaches.
It also wants to understand supplier, partner and market ecosystem capacity, as well as identify indicative cost drivers and commercial structures.
UniSQ is a regional university with distributed campuses and a substantial online delivery model, supporting a diverse student cohort across Australia and internationally.
It currently operates a PeopleSoft-based environment across Finance, HCM and SIS, supported by integrated enterprise and specialist applications, and has a strong focus on digital and online service delivery, as well as integration across enterprise and specialist platforms.
The RFI closes on 30 July.
