One of Australia’s only Ultra Mobile PC (UMPC) specific distributors, Tegatech Australia, is showing off its latest range of UMPC from Korean OEM manufacturer WiBrain.
Tegatech will take on the exclusive master distribution rights in the region for the newly released WiBrain B1E and B1H as Tegatech rapidly increases its profile.
The WiBrain is a mini handheld Personal Computer that runs Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition. It ships as a 4.8” touchscreen and comprises of a VIA C7M ULV 1.2 GHz Processor, 30GB or 60GB hard disk and 512 or 1GB of RAM). Both models offer WiFi and Bluetooth, with around four hours of battery life.
The WiBrain ships with an integrated QWERTY keyboard and weighs in at slightly
over 500gramms the WiBrain definitely lives up to its moniker, i.e. Ultra Mobile.
Hugo Ortega, managing director at Tegatech said with an RRP starting at $1,299 inc GST, "the WiBrain is sure to become a hit".
