Former partner and executive director at independent advisory firm KordaMentha, Tony Vizza, has launched Australian digital risk management advisory firm Novera.
Novera's suite of services will include AI risk assessments to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO/IEC 42001, as well as developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, performing third-party assessments, offering virtual or fractional chief information security officer services and conducting risk and maturity assessments aligned with frameworks like NIST, ASD Essential Eight and ISO/IEC 27001.
Novera will also execute data privacy impact assessments, formulate privacy policies,
and provide virtual data privacy officer services.
In addition to partnering with providers offering financial crime, legal, auditing, managed security, digital forensics and incident response services, Novera will also provide independent expert reports and testimony for commercial, legal, government and regulatory clients seeking cybersecurity, privacy and AI risk management expertise.
Vizza is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a senior member of the Australian Computer Society.
