TodayTech has reshuffled its business model and appointed former eSys managing director, George Skaf, as general manager of sales and marketing.
The distributor has reorganised its national distribution platform by consolidating its staff positions, with the aim of creating a more streamlined financial and operations team.
The new structure entails the product management division being separated into four teams that focus on similar product areas and are more involved in the sales process.
The four product management groups are KCT (Key Components Team), PAT (Peripherals & Accessories Team), DCT (Digital & Consumable Team) and SIT (System Integration Team).
Jack Zhong, chief executive officer at TodatTech said Skaf is well known and respected in the industry.
“George has demonstrated strong customer focus. He brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to TodayTech. He will be a great complement to our team and I believe he will take the TodayTech sales team to another step of growth, through both customer penetration and revenue.”
Zhong said TodayTech is committed to the channel with strong healthy expansion plans.
“These changes will enhance our ability to focus on servicing existing customers while attracting new customers. The new structure is highly significant for us, and we expect the outcome to accelerate TodayTech further,” added Zhong.
