Consulting firm Ice Systems has rebranded itself as Cevo, following its 50 percent acquisition by Kloud Solutions.
Cevo managing director Duncan Journee said that the DevOps company needed to "re-energise the brand".
Microsoft partner Kloud - number 3 in last year's CRN Fast50 with 135 percent growth and revenue of $19.2 million - acquired Ice Systems in February, to leverage the consultancy's AWS capabilities.
“The company strongly believes in open source solutions and has strategically partnered with a number of vendors to help deliver cost-effective infrastructure,” said Journee.
Cevo’s enterprise customers include Foxtel, HealthDirect, Omnicon Group and IAG.
“Our customers increasingly ask us to help them capitalise on the opportunities presented by the cloud,” Journee said.
