Brisbane-based MSP Think Technology Australia is bringing Anthropic’s Claude to market as a managed, security-led AI service for Australian SMB and mid-market organisations.
Think Technology Australia is packaging Claude within a managed service model, talking this up as an approach supporting safer adoption, stronger oversight and better alignment to business outcomes.
Mungo Bright, director at Think Technology Australia, noted that many businesses are interested in AI but still need practical help to adopt it safely and effectively.
“Most businesses can see the opportunity in AI, but they do not want another disconnected platform creating more risk, noise or complexity,” said Bright.
“They want to know where it fits, how it will be governed and how it will actually deliver value. That is where we see the role of an MSP.”
Anthropic announced in March that it was expanding to Australia and New Zealand, with plans to open an office in Sydney.
The expansion reflects what the company said is "strong demand" from businesses in Australia and New Zealand and will help Anthropic better serve the countries’ "unique AI ecosystems".
