Dell Australia has added The Good Guys as its newest retailer, doubling up on the vendor’s ongoing relationship with the whitegoods retailer’s parent company JB Hi-Fi.
The deal involves Dell’s XPS and Inspiron range, including laptops, 2-in-1 devices, desktops and monitors.
“Customers are at the heart of all our go-to-market strategic decisions,” Dell general manager for consumer and small business ANZ Ben Jackson.
“We recognise customers want both an online and in-store experience and this deal reflects our ability to offer buyers a choice when it comes to the purchase journey.”
The range will include five models exclusive to The Good Guys, namely the Inspiron 15 5000, Inspiron 15 7000, XPS 13, Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 and the Inspiron Desktop.
The products will be available to purchase online and in-store starting now, with The Good Guys expecting them to be available across Australia at the end of November.
“Dell has always been a key player in the Australian technology industry, and we’re thrilled to extend our range to offer exclusive models in-store to our customers,” The Good Guys merchandise director Geoff Reader said.
“Having this range of products in-store not only gives our customers choice, but exclusive access.”
