Synnex expands IP surveillance with Honeywell

Synnex has expanded its IP surveillance offering through a partnership with Honeywell.

The distributor will provide Honeywell's complete range of surveillance solutions in Australia, including building and asset protection, alarm communications, and building monitoring.

Synnex product director Yu Chen Liao said: “Synnex is excited to work with Honeywell to deliver a world-class product offering to the Australian security surveillance segment.

Stephen Higgins, general manager of Honeywell Security and Fire, said the deal would help Honeywell "expand its reach and better support customers in the region, particularly in the IT sector, which makes up 30 percent of the IP surveillance market".
