Sydney's The Missing Link launches Microsoft 365 Copilot training program

Sydney IT services firm The Missing Link has launched an online training program to help businesses use Copilot for Microsoft 365.

The course includes training in prompt engineering techniques, integrating Copilot into daily tasks, and how to use Copilot in Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

The program was developed by The Missing Link's AI and automation division, which said it has  trained over 10,000 end-users in responsible AI use and assessed readiness for Copilot adoption in 30 organisations across various sectors.

According to The Missing Link, the division has also implemented AI strategies and upskilled teams for over a dozen clients as well as developed secure AI solutions for financial services and construction industries.

The IT solutions provider said it has also implemented AI applications such as converting email conversations into order data for an aviation supplier using generative AI.

The Missing Link reported reaching nearly $120 million in revenue in the 2024 financial year across its security, infrastructure and AI & automation divisions.
