Avaya celebrated Sydney-based Converged Communication Network Applications (CCNA) as partner of the year for Asia-Pacific during Avaya Engage in Dubai on 6 December.
CCNA is a diamond-level Avaya partner and one of its "strongest partners in Asia in terms of revenue and accreditation".
Craig Sims, director of CCNA, said: "The partner of the year award is testament to our growing partnership, Avaya has and will continue to be our most important vendor where we can deliver the whole stack.
"I see a real improvement with decisions being made locally in ANZ and that is helping us close more business and deliver solution in partnership with Avaya in the region."
CCNA was the only Australian partner recognised by the vendor.
Macquarie Bank received the Australian Customer Innovation Award for its approach to transforming its customer experience. According to the vendor, the bank demonstrated continued evolution of its omni-channel contact centre operation using Avaya Private Cloud Services.
