Application development platform startup Buzzy has become one of just five providers to integrate into IBM's collaboration cloud catalogue.
The Sydney-founded company's platform allows users to quickly spin up their own custom applications for communication, payments or a number of other use cases for enterprises and end-user collaboration.
Buzzy has integrated its platform into IBM Connections, the technology giant's collaboration suite for enterprise and SMB customers. The other third-party software providers in the catalogue include Cisco, App Fusions and Trilog.
The other company on IBM Connections is Australian IBM premium partner ISW, which partnered with Buzzy to integrate with the collaboration suite. ISW has already integrated its performance measuring tool Kudos into IBM Connections.
Buzzy has already integrated a number of features into IBM Connections, including single-sign on and file-sharing across the entire suite. Users can also feed data from IBM Connections into their own Buzzy applications.
Buzzy is available for on-premises and cloud versions of IBM Connections.
Buzzy was founded by Adam Ginsburg, who sold his company Aptrix to IBM in 2003. The application is available to download for free, as well as two premium tiers with additional features.
