Sydney IT providers Correct Solutions and Analitix have merged to form a cloud and managed services powerhouse in Castle Hill.
Founded in 2001, Analitix provides IT services, internet solutions, network and recovery and hosted PBX. Correct Solutions offers a very similar set of services, including managed IT, cloud, business consulting project management.
As part of the merger, three out of five of Analitix's staff will join Correct Solutions, including managing director James Lobbes, bringing the total staff headcount to 32. Analitix will be folded into Correct Solutions, and the combined company will continue to operate under the Correct Solutions name and brand.
Analitix will add its 120 customers to Correct Solutions' customer base, as well as expand its existing capabilities and add account management resources.
Lobbes said he wanted to get back to working with customers, after spending too much time bogged down, unable to work directly with his clients.
“We are excited to be joining forces with the team at Correct Solutions who already have a well-established customer base and internal expertise. We look forward to working closely together,” he said.
The companies were both based in the Sydney suburb of Castle Hill, with Analitix only having to move 300 metres when staff relocated to the Correct Solutions office.
Both companies share a common focus on serving a broad customer base with cloud and managed services, spanning the construction, accounting and medical industries.
“For us, the focus has always been providing the most value to clients. Merging with Analitix allows us to integrate the expertise and insight of their team into the experience of our team," Correct Solutions managing director Ryan Spillane said.
"The more expertise and resources we have to offer clients, the better. This merger is a true marker of our commitment to continually increasing the value we have to offer a variety of business owners.”
