Adelaide-based IT services and consulting firm Solutions Plus has acquired Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner BCPrise for an undisclosed amount.
BCPrise was initially acquired by IT Consult in 2022 and, along with Diversus Group, brought together to form Canary Technology Solutions.
The founder of BCPrise, Paul Sargeant, subsequently bought the business back from Canary.
A spokesperson for Solutions Plus told techpartner.news that Sargeant will come across with the acquisition to focus on both Business Central and Wiise sales in Sydney, as well as to ensure consistency of support to the BCPrise customers.
Solutions+ aims to deliver business improvement and growth for SMEs across Australia and New Zealand through IT consulting, strategy, and ERP software solutions. A certified SAP and Microsoft partner, it offers a number of cloud-based ERP and CRM software solutions.
Allan Morichaud, who founded Solutions Plus back in 2013, said on the company's website that the move marks the next phase in the company's expansion, building on its existing presence in Perth, Brisbane, and New Zealand.
"The acquisition of BCPrise provides Solutions+ with a strong foothold in New South Wales, leveraging BCPrise’s established client base in the SME sector," he said.
"Since expanding to Perth and Brisbane in 2021, and New Zealand in early 2024, Solutions+ has doubled its workforce to 40, with plans to grow to 100 in the next five years."
Solutions Plus has also independently hired staff in Sydney to support the BCPrise customers and the growth targets for the business.
