ServiceNow honours APAC partners in 2025 awards

Business workflow company ServiceNow has announced the winners of its 2025 Partner Awards, with several Asia-Pacific companies taking out honours.

The Australian Centre for Advanced Computing - AC3 - was named as the ServiceNow Transformation Partner of the Year (PotY).

AC3 picked up the award for a large-scale initiative for one of its healthcare customers.

“This program impacted 90,000 employees who work tirelessly to provide better health outcomes for the citizens of New Zealand," Daniel Marsh, head of ServiceNow at AC3 said.

Systems integrator Cognizant meanwhile was recognised as GenAI Customer Value PotY, awarded for the company's leadership in using ServiceNow's AI products to create innovative and valuable solutions for customers.

The winners of the Consulting and Implementation PotY 2025 award were:

ServiceNow's 2025 Reseller PotYs are:

  • Elite: Fujitsu
  • Premier: inMorphis
  • Specialist: Nexus Technologies

Nexon also picked up the Rising Star PotY award, and Fujitsu was on a roll in the awards.

On top of the two awards above, Fujitsu was named as the Employee Workflow, Creator Workflow, and Technology Workflow PotY.

The company also got two awards for the Japanese market from ServiceNow.

Management consultants Deloitte were named the ServiceNow Customer Workflow PotY, for APAC.

The ServiceNow awards recognise partners who have demonstrated exceptional performance in using the Now Platform to drive digital transformation for customers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Award recipients have demonstrated their ability to combine workflows, data and artificial intelligence agents to put AI to work for people.
