AI-powered security company SentinelOne has announced the winners of its 2024 Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) Partner Awards, with Australian and New Zealand firms receiving top honours.
Palmerston North, New Zealand-based managed security provider Advantage was named the 2024 APJ Partner of the Year.
"Over the past four years, our partnership with SentinelOne has become a cornerstone of our security offerings," Brad Pearpoint, managing director at Advantage, said.
"The power of SentinelOne's AI-driven platform has allowed us to rapidly expand our services, providing our clients with unmatched protection against ever-evolving threats," Pearpoint added.
Sydney's SALTT Technologies meanwhile received the 2024 ANZ Partner of the Year award, recognising their outstanding performance in the region.
In the incident response category, Australian firm McGrathNicol was awarded the 2024 APJ IR Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year.
"It recognises our Cyber and Incident Response team's commitment to helping clients minimise risks and mitigate threats in an ever-evolving cyber security landscape," Darren Hopkins, partner at McGrathNicol Advisory, said.
Individual excellence was also acknowledged, with Nick Long from Orro named APJ Top Salesperson of the Year.
The awards, presented at SentinelOne's annual APJ Partner Summit in Khao Lak, Thailand, celebrate the achievements of partners who have excelled in creating customer value and driving growth through strategic collaboration.
Partners from India, South Korea, Indonesia and Japan were among those honoured by SentinelOne, along with their Australian and New Zealand counterparts.
SentinelOne's Singularity Platform, which utilises advanced generative AI technology, was a focal point of the summit, demonstrating the company's commitment to innovation in the cybersecurity space.
