Scott Mahoney will step into the role, working closely with the company’s founder, Paul Hardwick.
In his new position, Mahoney will manage Seertech Solutions’- an Oracle Certified E-Learning Solutions provider - with business development including strategic and operational performance and product development.
Specifically, he will be responsible for increasing revenue, profitability, market share and expanding the customer base.
Seertech Solutions has grown at over 40 percent for the past four years and, under Mahoney’s guidance, is looking to become a top five e-learning business in Australia New Zealand.
Hardwick, founder and CEO at Seertech Solutions, said Mahoney brings more than 24 years of corporate business development, management and risk assessment experience, combined with over nine years of learning delivery. This includes the provision of e-learning systems, content and consulting services to 100+ brand name customers globally, impacting over one million end users in nine countries.
Hardwick, who founded Seertech Solutions in 2003, claims Mahoney’s strong business management skills are crucial for the role.
“Part of becoming the business you want to be is about recognising when change needs to occur – my role is now to be working on the business instead of in the business,” he said.
“Scott’s experience, expertise and passion for e-learning provide the right juncture for us to re-focus Seertech Solution’s direction to become the leader in our space.”
