Two Australian and New Zealand Salesforce consulting partners - Cloudwerx and Xenai Digital - have been named winners in Salesforce's 2026 Partner Innovation Awards, a global programme recognising partners for work in digital transformation, data and agentic AI.
Cloudwerx was awarded for its agentic enterprise deployment with global accounting platform Xero. The two companies designed and deployed AI agent solutions that, according to Cloudwerx, now resolve 60% of Xero's online customer queries instantly, supporting an ecosystem the company said has grown to five million customers.
The engagement focused on setting a clear business strategy before scaling AI use cases, with Cloudwerx said to have guided Xero's leaders to rethink how people and AI agents work alongside each other.
Xenai Digital took home a global Partner of the Year award in the System of Context category for its work connecting enterprise data foundations to power AI agents.
The partner was recognised for a deployment with Fiji Airways, which it described as a world-first integration connecting the airline's data from Snowflake into Salesforce Data 360.
Xenai Digital said the project delivered a 442% return on investment for Fiji Airways, unlocking operational efficiencies across marketing, customer service and sales, and enabling more personalised travel experiences. The firm said it bypassed traditional multi-month IT integration timelines by executing data contextualisation in parallel with platform setup.
The recognition positions both firms as global benchmarks within the Salesforce partner ecosystem, with Salesforce saying the results demonstrate that high-impact transformation can be achieved on a unified data layer without lengthy IT overhauls.
"The global recognition of Cloudwerx and Xenai Digital highlights the ingenuity driving our local region, as both partners lay the groundwork for the next era of enterprise transformation by aligning technical expertise with a bold vision for data and AI," said Glenda Birch, regional vice president, A&C ANZ at Salesforce.
