Melbourne-headquarted SaaS provider Knosys has announced that ANZ Bank has signed a one year contract extension for the continued use of Knosys’ knowledge management enterprise solution, KnowledgeIQ (KIQ).
The value of the one-year contract extension is expected to exceed $1.9 million.
This is an interim agreement, as ANZ Bank and Knosys negotiate the terms of a new three year contract, which is expected to include ANZ Bank migrating to Knosys’ KIQ cloud service.
KnowledgeIQ is a cloud-based (or on-premise) omni-channel knowledge management solution that claims to simplify and centralise the organising and sharing of knowledge and information.
Knosys will also work with ANZ to integrate a new AI assistant into their knowledge management portal.
“This contract extension reflects the long standing relationship we have with ANZ and our ability to assist them with their internal strategic initiatives such as their “cloud first” approach to technology solutions," said Knosys MD John Thompson.
"We are also excited about the prospect of assisting ANZ with AI enhancements to improve employee workflows and customer service."
