Riverbed promotes Nick Kempt

Unified observability vendor Riverbed has promoted Nick Kempt to lead customer success and professional services for the APJ region.

His responsibilities will span customer engagement strategy, team leadership, professional services delivery, solution optimisation, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams across the region and globally.

With over five years at Riverbed in specialist and leadership roles across the APJ region, he most recently served as director of strategic accounts for APJ.

Prior to Riverbed, he worked at Aternity, Department of Transport and Main Roads and the  Department of Veterans'​ Affairs.

“Nick brings a unique blend of customer-centric vision, leadership excellence, and deep domain knowledge to this role,” said Paul Crighton, VP of sales, APJ region for Riverbed.

“His ability to cultivate meaningful, long-term customer relationships while delivering tangible business outcomes positions him well to lead the team and elevate our customer success and services strategy in the region.”

Crighton joined Riverbed earlier this year after serving as MD of Barracuda Networks.
