It will introduce its products to the reseller channel through distributor Multimedia Technologies and to coincide with the launch is offering a three year on-site warranty.
“The introduction of Ricoh printers to distribution opens up a new opportunity for resellers,” said Les Richardson, managing director of Ricoh Australia.
“The three year warranty is a way of demonstrating our quality while giving our resellers an advantage in the marketplace,” he added.
John Hassall, managing director of Multimedia Technologies said he was excited that the company would be providing a printer range for the first time to IT resellers in Australia.
“We are actively seeking solution partners who target value-added relationships in the small-medium business segment,” he added.
