ReturnToWorkSA, a statutory authority responsible for providing work injury insurance and regulating the South Australian Return to Work scheme, has issued a request for information (RFI) for a portfolio system and integration partner.
The South Australian state government authority is seeking information from the market aboutportfolio reporting solutions that can operate as an enterprise reporting layer over existing project delivery systems Microsoft 365, Jira, and ServiceNow, without requiring wholesale replacement of existing tools.
The work forms part of its broader Organisational Project Management Framework, and is intended to support improved executive visibility, informed decision-making, and a more consistent approach to portfolio oversight.
The intended outcome is a fit-for-purpose solution that enables consolidated portfolio visibility, supports executive and PMO reporting needs, improves consistency of portfolio data, and can integrate with ReturnToWorkSA’s current environment.
The solution should be practical to implement, support ongoing adoption, and provide an appropriate balance of functionality, integration capability, security, and value for money.
