Reseller wins over Sydney Ferries with fanless PCs

Sydney reseller Allied Data Systems has unleashed Compulab's small fanless PCs on the Australian market, launching a new website to promote the product.

Compulab is an Israeli computer manufacturer with focus on mini fanless PCs for industrial applications.

Allied Data Systems offers the Fit-PC and Intense personal computers and the uSVR micro server. The reseller also offers the Fitlet range based on an AMD quad-core CPU clocking up to 2.2GHz with a silent fanless operation up to 70 degrees celsius.

The reseller has supplied Fit-PC2i for Sydney Ferries and micro servers for the Armidale Catholic Schools Office for use in the NSW catholic primary schools as their main server.

Allied Data Systems announced it represents Compulab for both embedded products and the Fit-PC range for industrial and commercial markets. Embedded products are supplied mainly for medical and industrial applications.

Compulab currently has three other local partners: Yawarra Information Appliances and IC Technologies Global - who are both focused on the consumer market - and Metromatics, focused on industrial and government markets.
