RES. Business IT gains Microsoft Solutions Partner security designation

MSP RES. Business IT has gained Microsoft’s Solutions Partner designation for Security, giving the business three Microsoft solution designations across Security, Modern Work and Infrastructure.

The company works with Australian businesses across managed services, cloud and infrastructure, secure networking, modern workplace, cyber security and data and AI.

MD Ben Hopper said customers are looking for more from their technology partner than just support when something breaks.

“They want a partner that can think ahead, simplify the complex and help them make confident decisions as technology becomes more critical to how their business operates," he said.

“This is a strong result for our team, but more importantly it reflects the capability we are continuing to build around our customers and the way we support them.”

RES. Business IT won the Modernising Infrastructure Award at the 2025 techpartner.news Impact Awards for transforming Reward Hospitality’s outdated infrastructure by migrating core systems to Microsoft Azure, replacing MPLS with SD-WAN, and introducing zero-trust security.
