The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is seeking an IT partner to supply Cisco hardware, software and professional services.
In a request for proposal published on 2 April 2024, the RBA said the supplier will be engaged on an initial three-year contract with the option to extend twice on 12-month increments.
The contract will cover the supply of networking hardware, including routers, switches, access points, servers and other infrastructure components, as well as the acquisition of Cisco software licenses for networking, security, collaboration and management needs.
The provision of delivery, installation and configuration services for hardware products is required, in addition to implementation services for software solutions including setup and integration.
The supplier will need to provide training services for RBA staff on the use of Cisco products, supplying user manuals, configuration guides and troubleshooting resources, in addition to support services such as technical assistance and maintenance.
The ability to procure professional services in relation to the design and build of supplied Cisco compute hardware and associated software products is also required.
The supplier must ensure secure freight and logistics services associated with the delivery of equipment and at least 12 months of secure warehousing services.
The request for proposal closes on 30 April 2024.
