The award was given in support of the company's capacity, capability, focus and commitment to Interactive Intelligence over the past year.
CallTime Solutions was also recognised for its work with Charles Sturt University in securing the Top Deal of the Year 2008 and Most Strategic Deal of The Year awards.
The company also took out Best Revenue Partner of the Year 2008 in recognition of its revenue achievement.
CallTime Solutions specialises in delivering Multi Media Contact Centre functionality and Larger Multi-Location IP Telephony and Unified Communications solutions.

The 2008 Interactive Intelligence Partner Awards recognise channel partners that meet or exceed revenue targets in specific areas of the sales cycle, such as license sales and maintenance deals, for the Interactive Intelligence full fiscal year 2008, ended 31 December 2008.
The other award presented at the conference included Most New Customer Acquisition Award 2008 which was given to Iwatsu Electric.
