Perth-based technology and business consulting partner StepChange has released its FY26 results, with underlying EBITDA rising 57% to $5.01 million from $3.2 million in FY25.
FY26 consolidated revenue also rose 31% to $55.6 million from $42.5 million in FY25.
The company, founded in 2003, offers strategy, program and project management services, as well as change management and training services, business analysis and SAP solutions.
At the end of 2025, the company acquired BroadReach Group, a Perth-based ICT advisory firm specialising in ICT strategy, enterprise architecture, solution design and business analysis. The business employs approximately 40 consultants and provides advisory services across complex digital transformation programs
As a result, the company entered the second half of FY26 with increased scale and capability, with the BroadReach integration lifting consultant numbers past 200 and adding upstream enterprise architecture capability, giving the business a broader delivery bench.
StepChange said that it saw continued demand across SAP, cloud and ICT advisory in FY26, achieving new contract wins across energy and government, plus deeper penetration of existing Tier 1 clients, keeping the core SAP and ICT advisory pipeline full through the period.
FY26 saw the company's AI strategy defined and internal capability assessment completed in the first quarter. Over 100 reusable methods were developed across 40 business functions, 10 client demonstrations were run to validate the approach in the field and a training and certification program was developed to scale delivery.
Three client case studies were also completed across critical infrastructure and government.
