Pax8 appoints new vice president of sales for ANZ

Cloud marketplace Pax8 has named Danni Munro as its new vice president of sales for Australia and New Zealand.

Munro brings several years of senior sales and marketing expertise to the role; her previous roles include director of sales and marketing at CircMed, a healthcare plastics recycling and circular economy provider.

Munro told CRN Australia that she's thrilled to lead the Pax8 team as the new vice president of sales for ANZ at into an exciting 2025.

"Pax8’s ongoing growth in the region is driven by our commitment to innovation and building a strong team that aligns with our future aspirations," Munro said.

"My focus this year is to ensure our team is as well-supported internally as we currently do supporting our partners in the market," she added.

Sustained growth requires a solid foundation, and that includes having the right structure and support for our people, Munro explained.

"One of Pax8’s core behaviours is to “Light Up Learning,” which we’re prioritising in 2025 by elevating our team through certifications," she said.

"As a baseline, all Pax8 team members, regardless of department—whether in finance, people operations, or administration—will hold an MS-900 certification," Munro added.

The MS-900 certification is formally known as the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification.

It is a certification designed for individuals who want to demonstrate foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and concepts, including cloud computing, security, compliance, and subscription-based services.

"This reflects our commitment to becoming industry experts who contribute to the channel’s growth and success," Munro said.
