SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Oracle Corp on Thursday said it had named Naomi Seligman, a senior partner at technology research firm Ostriker von Simson, to become the twelfth member of Oracle's board of directors.
Prior to joining Ostriker von Simson in 1999, Seligman served as a co-founder and senior partner of the Research Board Inc, a private sector institution sponsored by one hundred chief information officers from the world's largest companies.
Seligman also serves as a director of The Dun & Bradstreet Corp, Sun Microsystems Inc and Akamai Technologies, Inc.
