In a statement to the ASX, David Ian Mansfiled and Richard James Porter of Moore Stephens have been appointed as joint administrators.
Cornel Ung stated that it had tried to secure investors to recapitalise and indentify a new business direction.
“Due to the recent adverse developments in the financial market, the company was unable to achieve the above tasks,” he said.
“The directors are of the opinion that they will not be achievable in the near future.”
According to Ung, as a result of the uncertainty surrounding the funding and future direction of the company, the directors were resolved to place it in voluntary administration as there were no other options available.
