James Ross, NSW general manager of Communications Design & Management, has departed the national IT service provider.
Ross confirmed to CRN that he left in October by "mutual agreement" and is currently looking for new opportunities.
CDM made headlines last summer for its massive Hewlett-Packard networking project for the Asian Cup soccer tournament, held in five stadiums across the country.
Upon Ross' departure, the Sydney-headquartered reseller appointed former Dell executive Tertius Bezuidenhout to the NSW general manager position.
Bezuidenhout was formerly Dell Asia-Pacific enterprise solutions sales and alliances executive director, a position he had held since last December. In total, he had a five-year stint at Dell, and before that he also served at Ingram Micro for two years.
CRN contacted Bezuidenhout but he could not be reached at the time of writing.
As well as inner city Sydney, CDM has branches in Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne. The company celebrated its 25th anniversary this year and has a strong networking and cabling heritage.
"Over 25 years, CDM has delivered many significant network projects around the country totalling over $1 billion," Ross said in the September issue of the CRN magazine.
