Nextro, an ANZ cyber, physical and electronic security integrator, has qualified for the Fortinet Engage Partner Specialisation for secure access service edge (SASE) solutions.

This specialisation recognises partners who meet Fortinet’s technical, certification and commercial requirements, as well as demonstrating capability in designing, deploying and supporting the Fortinet SASE solutions in real-world environments.

Nextro said it has already completed multiple commercial deployments of the Fortinet SASE solution for customers, which has “[helped] organisations simplify their security architecture while enabling secure, reliable access for users regardless of location.”

“It confirms not only our technical capability, but also our experience delivering these solutions in production environments," said Martyn Levy, MD of Nextro.

"Our customers are looking for simpler, more effective ways to secure hybrid work and cloud adoption, and Fortinet’s SASE is a key part of that."

“Partners who achieve the Fortinet SASE specialisation have demonstrated a strong commitment to developing the skills and experience required to deliver secure access solutions," Nick Frantzen, country manager for Fortinet New Zealand, said.

"Nextro’s achievement reflects its ability to help organisations adopt a converged networking and security approach that supports hybrid work and cloud-first strategies."

Last year, Nextro achieved Fortinet's Secure SD-WAN Specialisation.
