Wendy O'Keeffe, NEXTGEN

Exclusive Networks-acquired distributor NEXTGEN has signed a distribution agreement with cybersecurity vendor Trellix for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

US-based Trellix is a pure-play security vendor, and the NEXTGEN partners will be able quickly deliver its solutions to customers for operational resilience and better protection against advanced threats.

This includes the complete Trellix Security Platform.

“We are thrilled to partner with Trellix to bring industry-leading hybrid cybersecurity solutions to customers across Australia and New Zealand,” Wendy O’Keeffe, managing director of NEXTGEN Connect said.

"Our unique channel services model unites three core offerings, oSpace for pipeline creation, Elastic Digital for brand awareness, and NEXTGEN’s AWS practice for Cloud Marketplace," O'Keeffe added.

Separately announced, NEXTGEN Connect will also be remote access company Teamviewer's distribution partner in Australia.

NEXTGEN already distributes Teamviewer in New Zealand, and the collaboration for Australia will deliver advanced remote connectivity and workplace digitalisation solutions to enterprises nationwide, the distributor said.

“Partnering with TeamViewer allows us to enhance our offerings with cutting-edge remote connectivity solutions that are essential for enterprises today,” O’Keeffe said.

Teamviewer is free to use for private individuals, but has 640,000 subscribers.

The software has been installed on over two and a half billion devices around the world, Teamviewer claiemd.
